Measure your bundle
Measure the outside diameter of the complete bundle. Choose a model with a suitable maximum bundle diameter and enough tail to tension and trim.
Check the strength
All four low profile sizes share the same 4.6 mm strap. Length changes the bundle range, not the strength. For heavier loads choose a wider standard tie.
Check the clearance & environment
Use low profile ties where the head must sit flat under a cover, sleeve or panel. Choose natural for indoor use and UV black for sunlight.

Low profile cable ties — frequently asked questions
A self-locking nylon tie with a smooth, flat head that sits close to the bundle instead of standing up from it. Nothing sticks out to catch on covers, sleeving, panels or hands.
The strap and locking work the same way; the difference is the head. A standard tie has a taller square head. A low profile head is flatter, so the finished bundle is slimmer and neater where space or appearance matters.
Four sizes on a 4.6 mm strap: 200, 280, 350 and 370 mm long, for bundles from 45 to 98 mm across. We also make an 8 × 138 mm flat head tie in PA6 for motorcycle and e-bike handlebars.
Our 4.6 mm low profile ties have a minimum loop tensile strength of 176 N (40 lbs). That is a test rating, not a safe working load.
