What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk cable ties?
Our standard MOQ is one export carton per size and colour — typically 5,000 to 50,000 pieces depending on the cable tie size. Smaller trial quantities are possible for first orders so you can test quality and packaging before committing to full container volumes.
Can I mix different sizes and colours in one bulk order?
Yes. Most of our distributor and importer clients consolidate multiple sizes, colours and product types — nylon cable ties, metal detectable ties, mounts and accessories — into a single shipment. This helps you fill a container efficiently and reduce per-unit freight cost.
Do you provide samples before a bulk order?
Yes, we provide free samples of standard sizes and colours — you only cover the courier cost. Samples usually dispatch within 3–5 working days. For custom colours or private-label packaging we can prepare pre-production samples for your approval before mass production.
How do I get a bulk quotation fastest?

Bulk Pricing & Payment
How is wholesale cable tie pricing calculated?
Bulk pricing is quoted per 1,000 pieces and depends on cable tie size, order quantity, material grade (we use genuine imported INVISTA PA66), colour, UV-resistant or special additives, and packaging format. Larger volumes unlock better tier pricing — as a factory-direct manufacturer there is no trading company margin in our quotes.
What payment terms do you accept for bulk orders?
Standard terms are T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For large or repeat orders we can discuss L/C at sight. Sample and small trial orders can be paid by PayPal or bank transfer.
Do your prices include shipping?
We quote the trade term that suits your sourcing model — EXW, FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo), CIF or door-to-door DDP. Tell us your destination port or address and we will include a freight comparison with your quotation.
Lead Times & Shipping
What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
Standard sizes and colours: 7–15 days after deposit. Custom colours, printed ties or private-label packaging: 15–25 days. With 40 automated injection moulding machines running with robotic arms, we hold strong capacity for repeat container programs and can advise exact dates with your quotation.
How do you ship wholesale cable tie orders?
Full container (FCL) and consolidated (LCL) sea freight are most economical for bulk orders; air freight and express (DHL/FedEx) are available for urgent or smaller shipments. We supply full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin (including Form A / Form E where applicable).
Which countries do you export to?
We ship to 40+ countries across Australia, North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. For buyers who prefer landed pricing we offer door-to-door DDP delivery to major markets, handling customs clearance on your behalf.
OEM, Private Label & Packaging
Can you produce private-label / OEM packaging for my brand?
Yes — OEM packaging is one of our core services for wholesalers and importers. We produce printed polybags, header bags, blister cards, display boxes and bulk cartons with your brand, barcode, product label and carton shipping marks, ready to go straight onto your shelves or into your catalogue.
Can you customise the cable ties themselves?
Yes. We offer custom colours (Pantone matching), custom lengths and widths, logo printing on the tie body, and special materials such as UV-resistant, heat-stabilised or metal detectable compounds. Custom mould development is available for non-standard designs.
What packaging quantities per bag do you offer?
Standard packing is 100 pcs per polybag, but we can pack exact quantities to match your retail or industrial format — 25, 50, 500 or 1,000 pcs per bag — with inner boxes and export cartons sized to your pallet or container plan.

What certifications do your cable ties carry?
Our cable ties are backed by ISO 9001:2015, CE / Low Voltage Directive attestation, SGS RoHS test reports (IEC 62321), TÜV test reports to EN IEC 62275, UV-resistance test reports and UL94 flame-retardancy ratings (V-0 / V-1 / V-2 compliant options). What quality control do you perform on bulk orders?
Every order is produced from genuine imported INVISTA nylon 66 and passes 100% visual inspection plus detailed checks on critical dimensions. Our in-house lab verifies tensile strength, impact resistance and flame retardancy, and we can provide a pre-shipment inspection report — or arrange third-party inspection (SGS/TUV) — before the balance payment.
What happens if there is a quality issue after delivery?
Notify us with photos, quantities and the batch number from the carton label. Every production batch is traceable; confirmed issues are resolved with free replacement in your next shipment or a credit note — whichever suits your operation. Claims are handled by the same sales engineer who managed your order.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory. Shangbo Plastics (Anhui Shangbo Plastic Co., Ltd.) operates its own injection moulding plant in Bozhou, Anhui, China with 40 automated machines. Buying factory-direct means better pricing, faster communication on technical specs and full control over quality and lead times.
